They speak about their experience

“As an NGO dedicated to serving people with disabilities, Wahat Al Farah also emphasizes sustainability and organic practices. The Tabadol project, which consisted of developing vertical planters in our agro-ecological garden, offered a great opportunity to expand our sustainability efforts while ensuring accessible experiences for our beneficiaries. Tabadol tailored the experience to our needs, providing valuable support and assigning an expert fellow to guide us throughout the journey and help us complete the project successfully. Their team’s support and wide network also opened doors for new partnerships and collaborations, introducing us to many inspiring people and organizations. We are truly grateful for this enriching and inspiring experience.”

Loulou Rouayheb, Wahat Al Farah, Lebanon

“Ahla Fawda’s 2024 participation in the Tabadol program was transformative. Through fellowship support, tailored coaching, and regional networking opportunities, we were able to design and expand our Green Vision 360 project, bringing eco-friendly workshops to the youth and strengthening our organizational sustainability. The mentorship and strategic workshops sharpened our capacity in finance, communications, and impact measurement. Tabadol didn’t just help us deliver a successful program, it equipped us to sustain and scale it.”

Wadad Assaf, Ahla Fawda, Lebanon

“My experience with Tabadol was one of the best milestones in our organization’s journey. We learned a lot of new things, met inspiring people from diverse fields, and felt more confident that the work we love and the mission we strive for are shared by people who believe in it and find it unique. We began to see the potential for change when we work together and share experiences.”

This program, supported by the Asfari Foundation, will directly contribute to documenting Palestinian heritage, creating economic empowerment opportunities for youth and women, establishing the foundations for sustainable development and new horizons for growth and innovation, in addition to supporting humanitarian programs.”

Riyad Khneifer, Madarat Center for Community Development, Palestine

“Tabadol brought the support and vision we needed to breathe new life into our community center. With its help, we created a safe, vibrant space and launched Empower & Thrive, an Economic Empowerment Guidebook,  that nurtures the strength, potential, and dignity of women and youth. It was a meaningful step forward in our journey to build empowered, protected, and resilient communities.”

Lana Kaskas, Key of Life, Lebanon

“Our experience with Tabadol wasn’t just training… it was a turning point!
From the first moment, we felt like there was someone who believed in our idea and supported us every step of the way to turn it into reality. They taught us how to manage our project, how to plan properly, and how to make “Omniah” a project that serves people and has a long-term future.
The most beautiful thing? They didn’t stop at training; they were always there, listening to us, guiding us, and encouraging us… as if they were part of the team.
Thanks to them, “Omniah Dry Cleaning” became more than just an idea—it became a project that embodies goodness, humanity, and a new life for clothes whose story has not ended.”

I highly recommend Tabadol to anyone seeking to grow with purpose and impact.”

“The Tabadol program gave me a rich human and professional experience, allowing me to make a real impact in my community.
I worked on the “Farm Safety” campaign, which shed light on the rights of female agricultural workers and the psychological challenges they face.
You’ll work closely with host organizations and receive insightful mentorship sessions from experts in social entrepreneurship.
The program broadened my horizons and opened unexpected new opportunities.
I highly encourage anyone who believes in change not to miss out on this unique opportunity.”
